- Woot was already the leader in their industry, and still they wanted to improve. They asked, "how can we do all of this better—user experience, user accounts, sales, community interaction, brand articulation, & brand extension?" They asked us to provide a comprehensive exercise in what if… Oh, and we had to not ruin the success they'd already earned.
- Our Solution:
- Our joint solution was to overhaul Woot's entire web presence. We were careful to maintain their distinct brand character, but we worked to rearticulate every element of their online business with a fresh approach. The results revealed a brand clearer and more distinct than ever.
